To help members to connect with others who truly understand and appreciate the history of our College.

To facilitate events and activities that allow alumni to reconnect with old friends, meet new people with shared experiences, and maintain a sense of belonging. 

The options published on the Cranwellian website in July 2025 carry considerable significance for many Old Cranwellians.

These proposals underscore an uncertain future for the Cranwellian Association, which was originally founded in part to uphold the ethos and heritage of the Royal Air Force College. The recent change in designation from 'College' to 'Academy' reflects a broader shift in its role—one that has evolved and continues to do so.

Given that more than 600 Flight Cadets are known to be alive, I believe it is premature to suggest that the potential for us to honour our Alma Mater and document its enduring contribution to the RAF has been exhausted.
