Effective as of the 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) demand greater accountability and transparency from organisations about how they collect, process and store personal information.

We need to have recorded positive affirmation that you agree to our holding of the data  if we are to keep you in touch.

We contact you with information regarding plans for the Annual Reunion

We also will inform you of significant projects such as the Trenchard Statue Appeal.

Do you hold any other data on me?

We will certainly have other basic factual information which is in the public domain eg your entry/course number & your branch. We may have been able to source career information by way of, for example, Google, Wikipedia, LinkedIn or even Amazon if you are a writer.


If you are a member we will have recorded your subscription payments.

If you are attending an event such as the Annual Reunion we will have recorded your application details.

Can I ask you to remove my contact details from your records?
